We were staying in the area and stopped in this pub on a Sunday evening. Everyone, from staff to the local patrons, was so pleasant and they made us (Americans) feel welcomed! We had the best evening enjoying the true Irish spirit. I want to return to this area because of our experience at Daly’s. The food was good and the staff were attentive. Thank you all for this wonderful experience.
Fair play we were late for food as it had closed I think at 8pm but they allowed us to have food from the chippy and eat in the bar very unusual and most hospitable, the bar men were brilliant! I wouldn't recommend the chippy mind (NOT THE BEST) so turn up early for food and the bed in our room was so comfy brilliant sleep 👍
Nice room and good service. Perfect location if you want to visit Knowth and Newgrange via the visitor center. A vegetarian breakfast was no pronlem – and very tasty.
Ww had a great stay and dinner in the restaurant. Our room was upstairs the pub, but luckily was no any big noises. Rooms have separate locked entrance. Our room was descent size, plenty of cabinets to organize clothes. Very warm room, comfy mattresses and pillows. Was nice to have kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Opposite is a grocery store and cafe, take away just around the corner. Location is handy if visiting Emerald Park. Would definitely stay again while traveling.
